Cazcanes No. 9 Blanco High Proof

Cazcanes No. 9 Blanco offers a more refined and complex flavor profile, with sweet cooked agave, floral notes, and a subtle minerality. Its higher proof delivers a richer mouthfeel and a long, refined finish. Crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, using fully mature 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave from the valley, which are selected at peak sugar levels. The agave is carefully cooked in a low-pressure autoclave over a 24-hour cycle, a method we intentionally use to gently enhance and lock in the agave's natural flavors. The juice is extracted using a roller mill with four passes, with our exclusive natural volcanic spring water from the Navichi Springs, Mexico, trucked in for each production to ensure purity and consistency. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast and double distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils. The tequila is certified organic, kosher, and verified additive-free. It is aerated before bottling and rested in stainless steel vats for 1-3 months, achieving a robust flavor profile.   Tasting Notes: Color: Clear Notes: Cooked Agave, Wet Stone, Cinnamon, Cloves, Salted Toffee, Candy Corn, Baked Pineapple, Grapefruit, and Green Cardamom.
