Cavendish House (Ebook)

Cavendish House is a queer modern gothic novel about an asexual psychic medium who must return to the site of her first case, and favorite ghost, only to discover that everything she knew about the dead was dead wrong.   Medium Samantha Nolan doesn’t believe in evil or romance, and that’s just fine with her. As a paranormal investigator, she has never met an apparition she couldn’t help. This includes the ghost of Eliza Cavendish, who she thought she crossed over seven years ago. When her team is called back to Cavendish House to investigate a terrifying disturbance, she isn’t so sure. Has Eliza returned? Or is it something—or someone—more sinister? When a key member of her team ends up dead, Sam blames herself. She must untangle the 135 year mystery behind Eliza’s final days to figure out who is responsible for the recent attacks at Cavendish House, and prevent any more lives from being lost. Almost as troubling for her—an out asexual—is how close she will have to get to the enigmatic and skeptical Kendra Lockwood, Cavendish House’s new owner, as she works the case. **Cover is a temporary placeholder.
