Cave Time Journal

‘Cave time’ denotes time for reflection, introspection, and getting answers pertaining to one’s creation and purpose in life. This self-discovery leads to the fulfillment that puts one at peace with themselves and others. This journal offers provocative inquiry and powerful concepts presented in a simple yet thought-provoking manner. The journal also provides space to doodle and make notes. This intellectual liftoff aims to improve our mental and physical health as well as our relationships and creativity. We humans are travelers on Earth and are limited in our capacities, including time. We have our personal journey as well as one in relation to others. We may spend a lifetime trying to find our place in the world in relation to other humans and still feel something is missing. This happens when we seek complete fulfillment in worldly pursuits and fellow humans and put expectations upon them that are unrealistic. The Cave Time Journal is a stepping stone towards the journey of self-discovery in relation to God, our Creator. It helps us better understand our own trajectory and our orbit with others.
