With an overall length of 7.5 inches and a 3.75-inch D2 tool steel blade, this knife is perfectly sized for everyday field use. Compact enough for comfortable all-day carry yet capable of handling demanding cutting tasks, it is equally at home on the ranch, in the mountains, around camp, or on the trail. The blade is handcrafted from premium D2 tool steel, one of the most respected steels for working knives. D2 offers exceptional wear resistance, superior edge retention, and outstanding toughness, allowing the knife to stay razor sharp through repeated use. Whether you're cutting rope, preparing kindling, processing game, opening feed bags, or performing everyday ranch chores, the blade delivers dependable cutting performance. Its practical drop-point profile offers excellent control for precision work while remaining strong enough for heavier outdoor tasks. The full-tang construction enhances durability and balance, giving the knife the strength needed for years of dependable service. The beautifully crafted stabilized Pine Cone Handle is one of the highlights of this knife. Natural pine cone is carefully stabilized with premium resin to preserve its texture and character while improving durability and moisture resistance. Every handle displays its own unique grain, colors, and patterns, making each knife a genuine one-of-a-kind piece. Brass pins securely fasten the scales to the tang while complementing the warm natural appearance of the handle. Designed with comfort in mind, the ergonomic handle fills the hand naturally, reducing fatigue during prolonged use while maintaining a secure grip in a variety of outdoor conditions. Included with the knife is a handcrafted cross-draw pancake leather sheath, made from thick vegetable-tanned leather with detailed basket tooling and reinforced stitching. The cross-draw design allows comfortable belt carry with quick access while keeping the knife securely in place throughout the day. Whether you're spending long hours working livestock, exploring remote trails, hunting in the backcountry, or simply adding another handcrafted knife to your collection, The Cattle Drive Field Working Knife delivers practical performance with authentic Western style.
