Category5 3-Pack — Stim-Free Pre-Workout, 90 Servings

For the pre-workout you never have to cycle off Three tubs. 90 servings. $38.24 each. Most pre-workouts you have to take breaks from, because the caffeine tolerance creeps up and the scoop stops doing anything. This one has no stimulants in it at all, so there is nothing to build a tolerance to and no reason to stop. What you get. Three tubs of Category5, 30 servings each. Every active printed on the panel: 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 1,600 mg beta-alanine, 300 mg betaine anhydrous, 300 mg vitamin C, 200 mg magnesium citrate. No proprietary blend. No caffeine. The arithmetic. Bought singly, three tubs is $134.97. As a pack it is $114.72, so you save $20.25 and it works out at $38.24 a tub. Why three is a reasonable amount to own. Beta-alanine and creatine both work cumulatively, over weeks, and neither needs a break. If you train three or four times a week, 90 servings is roughly five to six months of uninterrupted use, which is the timescale on which those two ingredients actually do their work. The honest caveat. The 5 g of creatine only reaches you on the days you take a scoop. If you train four days a week, that is four days of creatine, and creatine wants to be daily. Keep a tub of plain Pure Power for the days you do not train, or skip this pack and buy one tub first if you have never used it. At three or four sessions a week that is roughly five to six months. Do I need to cycle off it? No. There are no stimulants in it, so there is no tolerance to reset. Beta-alanine and creatine both reward continuous use. Can I still drink coffee with it? Yes. It contains no caffeine, so it adds nothing to your daily total. Does this replace a separate creatine? Only on training days. Each scoop has a full 5 g, but creatine works best taken every day, so keep plain creatine for rest days. Do I still get the stack discount on top? No. The pack price is already the discount, so it does not apply again. You always get whichever is the better deal. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
