Customizations can be made to the insert and pet door size, and charges may apply. Included Cat Door: has an overall size of 9-1/4"W x 10”H with a 7"W x 7"H Cat Flap.  Measuring Guide To get an accurate measurement for your window cat door insert, simply measure the width of opening when your window is in the up position, and then add 1/2" to that measurement. See images below. Fully open the window you'd like to use. Using a measuring tape, measure the interior width of the opening only (this is the distance between the window tracks). Add 1/2" to that measurement. Input this number into the "Insert Width" field when ordering. You can also measure the total height of the opening to confirm the height of the insert you select will fit (the height of the insert should be less than the height of the opening). For example: If your window opening is 30" wide, you will add 1/2" to this for a Window Width of 30-1/2". Input this number into the "Insert Width" field when ordering. Foam weather stripping is included and can be added to the outside edge of the insert, which creates a weather-proof seal between the cat door insert and the window opening and provides a tighter fit in the tracks.  PLEASE NOTE:  if you have any doubts about measuring your window insert, and to ensure a perfect fit, please reach out and confirm your measurements with our sales and service team to ensure your order is perfectly suited for your window!
