Castore Dining Table

The Karakter Castore Dining Table, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti in 1975, is a stunning example of minimalist elegance. Featuring a round glass top resting on a heavy marble pillar, the table creates a striking visual contrast. The design gives the impression that only a small marble bowl on top of the glass is supporting the structure. Rounded corners on both the pillar and the bowl soften the look, adding a delicate touch to the otherwise robust marble base, making it a perfect addition to any modern dining room. The marble bowl of the Karakter Castore Dining Table is removable, offering flexibility in design. However, keeping it as an integral part of the table allows the bowl to reflect in the glass tabletop, enhancing the overall aesthetic. The table is available in multiple marble finishes, including Bianco Carrara, Nero Marquina, and Pietra Grey, with options for clear or smoked glass. Its unique design combines functional artistry with modern elegance, making it a statement piece that enhances any dining space, inviting admiration from guests. Karakter Copenhagen, the brand behind the Castore Dining Table, is celebrated for its exceptional design and craftsmanship.
