Cast Iron Teapot - 550ml

Simple is sweet & this little teapot is the sweetest! When I say little, the capacity for these guys is 300ml, or 10floz for us Americans, while little it's still perfect for coffee cup fill-ups. Like most cast-iron teapots, this one does come with a stainless-steel filter to help keep tea leaves separate from the water while they steep. If you want to share tea with friends, you can accommodate a second friend or a date if you are rocking smaller 50ml teacups. May I shamelessly plug the teacups that we carry? Hmm, hmm? Like I mentioned in the description of our other cast iron teapot, you may use this guy to heat water in. While this isn't the same shape as a tetsubin, both are made of cast iron & the tetsubin was, in a simplified term, a Japanese water kettle. Be careful when lifting the teapot if you decide to go this route. Heat does transfer between metals, & I suggest playing it safe.
