For color and flavor adjustment of lagers and ales, Caramalt enhances a wide range of styles, providing light red to deeper reddish hues depending on the amount specified in the grain bill. It will impart lightly sweet flavors while contributing dextrins and enhancing foam stability. Usage: 25% | 30-37L
