Cashmere Merino Yarn, Exclusive Italian Mill LEGEND 70, Luxury Italian Lace Weight Yarn, Balls or Cones, 1350m/100g

LEGEND 70 is an exceptionally soft luxury Italian cashmere merino yarn with an elegant featherlight feel and extraordinary warmth without heaviness. This refined lace weight yarn creates timeless sweaters, shawls, scarves, and heirloom knitwear with beautiful drape, softness, and a sophisticated high-end finish. Unlike many ultra-fine lace yarns, this blend becomes incredibly wearable and practical when worked in multiple strands, making it ideal for knitters who want true luxury yarn for real garments — not just delicate display pieces. The high cashmere content creates softness, warmth, and that unmistakable quiet luxury feel, while fine merino wool adds elasticity, structure, durability, and better shape retention. The result is fabric that feels elegant, refined, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable against the skin while still being practical enough for sweaters, cardigans, scarves, and long-term wearable knitwear. ▣ Product Specifications • Manufacturer: Exclusive Italian Mill, Italy • Article: LEGEND 70 • Fiber Content: 70% Cashmere Goat, 30% Merino Wool • Yarn Category: Lace Weight • Yarn Count: Nm 2/27 • Yardage: approx. 1350 m / 1476 yd per 100 g (3.52 oz) • Formats: Balls (BY DEFAULT) or Cones (PLEASE PURCHASE) • Origin: Made in Italy ⌁ Texture & Feel • Exceptionally soft and featherlight • Elegant matte luxury finish • Warm without heaviness • Refined soft halo after washing • Smooth drape and movement • More elastic and practical than pure cashmere alone • Comfortable for sensitive skin and next-to-skin garments ⚑ Why This Yarn Is Special LEGEND 70 offers the perfect balance between luxury softness and real-world wearability. Many ultra-fine luxury lace yarns are beautiful but difficult to use for practical garments. This blend solves that problem beautifully. Cashmere gives the yarn extraordinary softness, warmth, and elegance, while merino wool improves elasticity, resilience, and garment stability. The result is refined fabric that still feels wearable, practical, breathable, and comfortable. This is exactly the type of yarn used for understated luxury knitwear — soft, elegant, sophisticated fabric without excessive bulk or heaviness. Because the yarn is extremely fine, you also gain full control over the final fabric through strand count. You can create airy lightweight garments, soft sweaters, warm winter knits, shawls, scarves, or elegant layered fabrics simply by adjusting how many strands you hold together. ✧ Fiber Profile • Cashmere Goat Fiber — exceptional softness and lightweight warmth • Merino Wool — elasticity, resilience, structure, and durability • Combined Blend — elegant drape, softness, warmth, and better practical wearability ➤ IMPORTANT — Yarn Usage This is an ultra-fine lace yarn and is generally too fine for practical single-strand hand knitting.
