Region: Americas Blend Process: Washed Roast: Medium Roast Tasting Notes:  Chocolate and Caramel Brewing Methods: 18-24 Hour Cold Brew Steep ALL Cold Brew Beans are ground for cold brewing unless otherwise noted in checkout notes. HOW TO BREW THE BEST COLD BREW:  YOU'LL NEED: 2/3 cup coarse ground Cascadia Cold Brew Coffee 3 cups cold water 32 oz (1 quart) Vessel:  Jar or bottle with lid Strainer: Fine-mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or a paper coffee filter STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:  Combine: Add the coarse coffee grounds to the bottom of your jar / bottle. Pour and stir: Pour in the 3 cups of cold water. Stir gently with a spoon to make sure all the dry grounds get wet. Steep: Seal the lid tightly. Put the jar in the fridge or leave it on your counter for 12 to 24 hours (18 hours is the sweet spot). Strain: Pour the liquid through your cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean pitcher or glass to remove all the fine silt. Serve: Mix equal parts cold brew concentrate and fresh water or milk. Pour over ice cubes and enjoy. Store: Keep leftover coffee concentrate sealed in the fridge for up to 7 days.  Our Cascadia Cold Brew has been part of our story from nearly the beginning. In our early days, we kegged and bottled it by hand and delivered it around the Portland area by bicycle. It went on to become the largest locally produced canned cold brew in grocery and convenience stores throughout the greater Portland, Vancouver area. It earned the People’s Choice Award at a Vancouver, Washington cold brew festival two years in a row.
