Count on this men’s 6” waterproof work boot for performance with superior grip. It's equipped with a Turnpike rubber outsole, featuring multi-directional treads for all-terrain traction. Key Features of the Carolina CA3058 Soft Toe — No safety toe cap; built for comfort and flexibility rather than impact protection. Waterproof SCUBALINER™ — Carolina's sealed proprietary waterproof lining system. Neutral Mahogany Leather Upper — Durable leather with a rich finish. Mesh Lining & Removable EVA Footbed — Breathable and cushioned. Polyurethane Midsole — Shock absorption underfoot. Electrical Hazard Rated — Tested to withstand up to 18,000 volts at 60Hz for one minute without leakage. Non-Metallic Shank — Composite support with no steel in it. Cement Construction & Oil/Slip-Resisting Turnpike Rubber Outsole — Lightweight, with multi-directional all-terrain tread. Grip on Unpredictable Ground The Turnpike outsole's multi-directional lug pattern bites in whichever way your foot loads it — useful on loose dirt, gravel, and wet decking where a straight-line tread wants to slide. Dry, Light, and Non-Metallic The SCUBALINER™ membrane is sealed inside the boot rather than coated on the surface, so it doesn't wear off. With no safety toe and a non-metallic shank, there's no metal anywhere in the boot — which is a large part of why it feels so light on the foot. Why Choose the CA3058? A lightweight, waterproof, EH-rated boot for workers who don't need a safety toe but do need traction and a dry foot. It's the soft-toe version of the composite-toe Dormite CA3558. Similar Styles to Consider Need a protective toe on the same platform? The Dormite CA3558 is the composite-toe version. Browse the full Carolina collection at Overlook Boots. Frequently Asked Questions Does the CA3058 have a safety toe? No. This is a soft-toe boot with no toe cap, so it carries no ASTM impact or compression rating. If your site requires protective footwear under an OSHA hazard assessment, this boot will not satisfy it — choose the composite-toe CA3558 instead. How does cement construction affect the boot? The outsole is bonded directly to the upper rather than stitched through a welt, which is what keeps the Dormite light and flexible from the first day, with no break-in underfoot. What sizes and widths does it come in? Carolina builds the Dormite in D and 2E widths, sizes 8 through 14, with half sizes through 11½.
