Caresst Massage PCB to Motor Cable

The Caresst massage chair's replacement PC board to DC motor cable is an essential component that joins the chair's primary control board (PC board) to the DC motor, enabling the massage features to perform as intended. Features Signal Transmission: This cable is responsible for transmitting electrical signals from the PC board (the control board) to the DC motor, which powers the massage mechanism. It ensures the motor receives commands for various functions like kneading, rolling, reclining, and other massage settings. Power Supply: In addition to signals, the cable may also supply power from the PC board to the motor, allowing it to run the massage functions smoothly. Cable Specifications: Wire Gauge: The cable must have the correct wire gauge to handle the power and current required by the DC motor. Typically, it should be able to support a 24V to 36V DC system, depending on your Caresst chair’s configuration. Connectors: Ensure the cable has the right connectors at both ends – one side for the PC board and the other for the DC motor. This could be a 2-pin or multi-pin plug, depending on the motor’s design and the chair’s configuration. Cable Length: The replacement cable should match the original length to ensure a proper fit within the chair’s internal framework without excess slack or tension. Durability: Insulation: The cable should have durable insulation to withstand wear and prevent damage from the constant movement of the chair’s mechanisms. Heat Resistance: Since the motor may generate heat during use, the cable needs to be resistant to heat to prevent melting or degradation over time.
