Cardamom Extract Also Known As: Green Cardamom Extract Origin: U.S.A. Ingredients: Alcohol, Water and Cardamom Oil Taste and Aroma: Warm, lemony, sweet and fresh. Uses: Use in place of vanilla extract in cakes, frosting, cookies and ice cream. Use 1.25 ounces of extract in one gallon of ice cream base.
