CarboRocket ACQUA+ Precision Electrolytes - Citrus | 30 Servings

What sets CarboRocket ACQUA+ apart from other electrolyte mixes? The CarboRocket ACQUA+ Precision Electrolytes drink mix in Citrus separates hydration from fuel, delivering 750mg of sodium per serving with zero carbs so you can dial in salt without adding calories. Most drink mixes bundle their electrolytes into a carbohydrate base, which forces a choice between hydrating and fueling. ACQUA+ splits the two apart, drawing its sodium from Sodium Citrate and Himalayan pink salt and adding 250mg of potassium from potassium citrate. Nothing in it competes with whatever you are already using for fuel. The 50mg of Magnesium Glycinate is a highly absorbable form that stays gentle on the stomach, and sweetness comes from Reb M produced by fermentation from rice, so there is no sugar and no artificial sweetener. Mix one scoop in 21 to 32 oz of water for daily hydration, recovery days, easy aerobic sessions, or hot weather riding. CarboRocket lays out a simple ladder across its mixes: ACQUA+ on easy days or when you are cramping, ONE-11 for 60 to 90 minute training, and 333 when the effort runs 2 hours or longer. On a hot race day that means ACQUA+ in one bottle and 333 in the other, which is the setup we point riders toward when cramping is the problem rather than calories. Best for heavy sweaters, riders chasing a specific sodium number, and anyone who wants electrolytes without carbs on an easy day.
