24" Aluminum Offset Handle Pipe Wrench The Crescent CAPW24F is a 24 inch aluminum offset-handle pipe wrench with a 90° jaw opening and 0 to 3 inch gripping capacity for professional pipe and fitting work. Designed for plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, maintenance professionals, and industrial trades, its offset design improves access in confined spaces while lightweight cast aluminum construction helps reduce user fatigue. Best Used For Plumbing & Pipefitting: Grip, turn, install, and remove threaded pipe and fittings in professional plumbing and piping systems. Tight-Space Service Work: Use the 90° offset jaw to reach piping in confined areas where a conventional straight pipe wrench can be difficult to position. Industrial & MRO Applications: Service piping, mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure requiring a high-capacity manual gripping tool. Key Performance & Safety Features 90° Offset Jaw: Offset jaw opening improves access to pipe and fittings in tight, narrow, and difficult-to-reach working spaces. Lightweight Aluminum Construction: Heavy-duty cast aluminum design weighs approximately 40% less than standard iron pipe wrenches to help reduce fatigue. High-Strength Design: Engineered to exceed federal torque-load specifications by more than 140% for demanding professional applications. 2-Start Adjustment Thread: Quick-adjusting thread design allows approximately twice as fast an adjustment compared with a conventional single-start thread. Optimized Handle: Handle shape is designed to provide effective leverage, power, and user comfort during demanding pipe work. Tether-Ready Design: Integrated tether capability allows connection to a compatible tool-tethering system when required for work at height.
