Elderflower Orange Macaron

CAPRI Elder trees and the berries that grow on them were once said to contain a bit of magic. While we don’t think that’s true, our elderflower and orange French macaron does taste a little magical. It’s sweet and yet a little floral. The forest green outer shell is reminiscent of the leaves of the tree of which this macaron’s flavor comes from. The hints of orange balances the elderflower so perfectly, it makes it feel like a little bite of magic.
