Questions: info@resistanceaudio.com ***FULLY BUILT AND TESTED WITH WARRANTY*** NOTICE: The BT50 Requires (2) Opamps to function. Please choose from the list above, or select 'No Opamps' if you are installing your own. Based on the original 1960's API 550 EQ, this is an incredibly versatile and smooth EQ. It's great on vocals, bass, guitar, drums -- pretty much whatever you can throw at it! The gain and frequency knobs are stepped switches, so recall is a breeze. Plus you have the added functionality of switching between Shelving and Peak on the high and low bands, as well as separate fixed High Pass and Low Pass Switches, which are set to 15khz and 50hz respectively.   This is one of CAPI's newer offerings, so the internet hype hasn't quite reached a fevered pitch yet... but my clients have been raving about them!  A note on opamps: our favorite is the new MEC1731 from CAPI,  -- it'll give you the smoothest results, and allow you to push the gain to the max without harshness. If you want a little more zing, we also offer the CA-0252, gar2520, Rogue 5, and Red Dot opamps. Note, the BT50 includes the upgraded Litz Wire transformer option.
