Capers and Harry - High Climbing

A vain and self-centered cat learns humility. In attempting to match the antics of a squirrel, Capers strands himself up in a tree. Harry, his bloodhound pal, and Fearless, the fire duck come to the rescue. Good Neighbors is a series of whimsical animal stories, about a community of animals living near the Duck Pond. These books teach core values and the character traits of 'good neighbors.' These books are written by Mother Melania, with jewel like illustrations by Cayce Grace Kruse. Sales of Mother Melania's stories benefit both her own monastery, Holy Assumption Monastery in Calistoga, CA and St. Barbara Monastery in Santa Paula, CA, her mother monastery, where she began writing the Good Neighbors books. The sisters at both monasteries lead a life of prayer, community and hospitality. Full color, 7" x 8.5", 32 pp., perfect bound and aqueous coated.
