The Downeaster Rainfall 3050B Blue Rain Gauge Downeaster is pleased to be able to bring you this unique instrument. Based on an instrument designed in 1923 by the United States Weather Bureau, the Downeaster has an authentic look and feel combined with modern technology. The feature-packed rain gauge is a great value. It's simple to install, never freezes over, and keeps track of the big picture with dual memory. … The indicator window shows you both the latest rainfall amount and the total rainfall to date. This instrument, in a highly polished and lacquered 6" brass case, has Dual Memory that tracks the Current rain event and the Annual Total. The push of a button zeros the former memory for the next rain event. This unit comes complete with battery backup, self-emptying tipping bucket rainfall collector, 50' of wire, and AC power supply. Optional Brushed Nickel Case $10.00 additional. Part # 3050B
