Cape Cod Cranberry Bread Mix

Cranberries are a favorite crop here in New England, found at local farm stands and fall farmers markets and abundant on Cape Cod where the berries are wet-harvested from bogs.  Our Cranberry Bread is loaded with big bursting tart cranberries which pair perfectly with the fresh orange flavor coming from the OJ during assembly.  Super moist and addictive, hard to not keep slicing and eating!  A wonderful breakfast, snack, or dessert treat perfect for sharing.  **This recipe can also be made with other berries and freezes well. Product weight 18 oz.  Our seasonal baking mixes are created for quality and convenience.... one-bowl recipes, no special equipment, easy instructions, and all-natural ingredients.  Only a few additional ingredients are needed for delicious country-style treats from our kitchen to yours.  These are perfect for kids, busy Moms, grandparents & empty nesters, camping & cottages, and everyday treats!
