Natural Wood Float Frame for Gallery Canvas Wraps

Natural Wood Float Frame for Gallery Canvas Wraps Showcase your artwork with the clean, modern look of a natural wood float frame. Handcrafted from solid wood molding, this frame is designed to create the illusion that your gallery-wrapped canvas is “floating” inside the frame, leaving a subtle shadow gap around the edges. The unfinished natural wood highlights the grain and texture, giving your presentation a timeless, gallery-quality finish. Perfect for contemporary or traditional pieces, this float frame adds depth and sophistication without distracting from the artwork itself.   Solid natural wood molding Clean mitred corners with tight joints Deep profile for gallery canvas wraps Creates a floating effect with a shadow gap Ready to finish with stain, paint, or leave raw for a minimalist look A versatile choice for artists, collectors, and galleries who want to elevate their canvas presentation with a professional, museum-quality frame. All float frames are labeled as the size canvas they fit. A frame for a 8"x12" will be a 9"x13". Float Frames are mounted with a space between the frame and the Canvas Wrap, which gives it the look of floating. The frames are made of top quality moulding which is underpinned and glued corners joints. Frames can take up to a week and on rare occasions up to 2 weeks to build and prepare ( We will have updates posted on here if in the 2 week range.) Frame only, canvas is not included. Orders that have canvas and frame will be assembled unless requested to wait.  The mounting service for your existing canvas involves an extra fee per frame. After discussing the size and specific mounting requirements, we will provide you with an estimate/invoice.
