Canon EG-E2 Extension Grip

The Canon EG-E2 Extension Grip enhances the handling and ergonomics of the Canon EOS R8 Mark II mirrorless camera by adding extra height to the camera body. Designed specifically for the EOS R8 Mark II, the grip provides additional support for photographers and creators who prefer a more substantial and comfortable hold during extended shooting sessions. The extension grip attaches directly to the base of the camera, increasing the overall grip area without adding unnecessary complexity to the setup. The added height can provide a more secure and natural hand position, particularly when shooting for longer periods or working with different lens configurations. Its camera-specific design maintains convenient access to the battery compartment, allowing batteries to be replaced without removing the extension grip. This helps keep workflows efficient during busy shooting days when quick battery changes are essential. A built-in 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole on the bottom of the grip preserves compatibility with standard tripod equipment. This allows the EOS R8 Mark II to move between handheld and tripod-based shooting without requiring the grip to be removed. Compact and purpose-built, the Canon EG-E2 Extension Grip for EOS R8 Mark II is a practical accessory for photographers and hybrid creators looking for improved camera handling while retaining convenient access to essential camera functions and mounting options.
