This set includes two essential knives that are designed to handle a wide range of kitchen tasks with precision and ease.  At the heart of the set is the Oliv 8-inch Chef's Knife, which serves as the workhorse of the kitchen. Its full tang, high-alloy German steel blade provides exceptional sharpness, edge retention, and durability, making it ideal for slicing, dicing, chopping, and more. The blade features Cangshan's signature cutting edge technology, ensuring optimal performance for both professional chefs and home cooks. Its smaller size and pointed tip allow for precise control and maneuverability, making it perfect for working with smaller fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Both knives in the set feature ergonomic handles crafted from Mediterranean olive wood, known for its unique grain patterns and natural beauty. The wood is carefully shaped and finished to provide a comfortable grip, while the triple rivets ensure stability and durability.
