Candy Cap Caramel

Candy Caps, a member of the Milk Cap group, have a unique maple aroma and flavor when they are dried. Local California apple farm, Little Apple Treats, adds these potent little mushrooms to their apple cider caramel base, making the candy taste (and smell) just like maple syrup! All Little Apple caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples they grow on their Sonoma County organic farm. They slow-cook the candies using organic sugar, local butter, and cream, and freshly ground spices. Then they dust every caramel piece with their Pink Pearl Apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt. 1.8 oz. bag (6 pieces) An on-the-go size great for lunchboxes, gift baskets, or to keep handy in case of candy emergencies! Ingredients: apple juice, organic sugar, organic brown sugar, unsalted butter, local cream, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, spices, vanilla extract, Candy Cap mushrooms, organic dried Pink Pearl apples, vanilla sea salt Contains Milk
