CanDo Slim WaTE Bar

CanDo Slim WaTE Bar The CanDo Slim WaTE Weighted Exercise Bars are the tool you need and want in therapy, fitness, aerobics, yoga and Pilates to increase strength and range-of-motion. They also work well to improve endurance, balance and motor skills. Including weighted bars in an exercise routine burns calories, increases balance and improves flexibility. So versatile, the WaTE bars can be used in a supine, sitting or standing position. Additionally, the bars are a terrific addition to circuit and interval classes, kickboxing, martial arts, weightlifting and aerobics. Including a WaTE Bar freshens up and enhances the benefits of "traditional" exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, overhead presses and curls. Even jogging and power walking workouts will benefit. With a 1.5" diameter and 36" long, these are easy to grip, use, clean and store. Available individually or in multi-bar sets, the bars are color-coded with most full pound bars a solid color and half-pound bars striped.   Weighted bars build strength in arms and legs in addition to building core stabilization. Terrific for use in physical therapy as well as cardio, HIIT and step workouts. Completely suitable for individual exercises or group training sessions. A smooth plastic surface encases a solid core that easily sheds sweat and moisture, making these easy to clean. One end cap prevents rolling and the other has a notch to easily hang on a rack or hook for storage. Comes with a fully illustrated exercise guide.   Dimensions: 36" x 2" x 2" Weight: 1.5-11.0 lbs UPC: 714905006943
