Can-Am X3 Rear Double Shear Bulk Head

Can-Am X3 Rear Double Shear Bulkhead Battle-tested and built to win — the ultimate frame upgrade for your Can-Am X3. Born from the grueling demands of the Johnson Valley off-road races, this Rear Double Shear Bulkhead is the definitive solution to the X3's factory frame weaknesses. Engineered to correct rigidity loss, eliminate frame deflection, and enhance departure angles, this kit turns your X3 into a battle-ready machine. 🛠️ Key Features: Durable HSLA Steel Construction: Fabricated from precision-cut 11-gauge HSLA steel. Multi-Piece Interlocking Design: Welds directly into the OEM frame, strengthening the rear bulkhead with a true double shear setup. Increased Departure Angle: Removes 3 inches of lower tubing that often crushes under stress. Superior Tie-In Strength: Gusseted lower corners under axle boots for maximum rigidity. Teardrop Bolt Holes: Reduces risk of bolt hole elongation under extreme loads. Transmission Access: Drain plug remains fully accessible. Machined Aluminum Pull/Tie Down Point: Adds an extra layer of functionality and durability. Race Plate Compatible: Prepped to accept bolt-on race plates (recommend pairing with CA-008 Race Plate Kit). Premium Fabrication: Best results achieved with TIG welding for a precision fit and maximum strength. ⚙️ Installation Notes: Full Fabrication Required: This is NOT a bolt-on kit. Welding is mandatory. Professional Installation Recommended: Designed for experienced fabricators or professional race shops. Instructions: Limited or no instructions provided — experienced installation required.
