Can-Am X3 Front Double Shear Bulkhead Race Kit

Can-Am Maverick X3 Front Double Shear Bulkhead Kit The Can-Am Maverick X3 Front Double Shear Bulkhead Kit is the most complete and race-proven front-end solution available for extreme off-road and competition use. Designed specifically for high-impact race environments, this Can-Am X3 double shear bulkhead corrects multiple structural weaknesses that appear when pushing the X3 beyond factory limits. One of the most common failure points in race applications is cracking and tearing of the differential mounting plates. This kit directly addresses that issue with reinforced plates that attach to the lower chassis below the differential and extend from the front-most section of the frame all the way back to the rear lower control arm mounting tabs. This design fully ties the front and rear together, encapsulating the OEM frame to eliminate stress fractures, cracking, and fatigue. What truly sets this X3 front double shear kit apart is the multi-piece tab-and-slot welded double shear control arm system. These components sandwich and weld directly to the factory frame, creating a true double shear front suspension that is dramatically stronger than bolt-on solutions. The result is an almost indestructible front end you can rely on in the harshest race conditions. The kit also includes a bolt-in front bulkhead engineered with a built-in crumple zone. In the event of a severe frontal impact, the bulkhead is designed to deflect and absorb energy—reducing shock loads transferred to the chassis and helping protect both the vehicle and driver. To complete the setup, the kit includes push-bar style bumper tubes with multiple mounting positions. This allows adjustability for different tire sizes while remaining compliant with most race sanctioning body rulebooks. ⚠️ Important: This is a fully welded race kit. All components must be properly assembled and fully welded to the vehicle. 🔹 Key Features of Can-Am X3 Front Double Shear Bulkhead True double shear front suspension for Can-Am Maverick X3 Reinforced differential mounting plates prevent frame cracking Plates tie from the front of the chassis to rear lower control arm mounts Multi-piece tab-and-slot design welds directly to OEM frame Weld-in control arm double shear system for maximum strength Bolt-in front bulkhead with engineered crumple zone Push-bar bumper tubes with adjustable mounting positions Designed for race use and extreme off-road abuse 🔹 Fitment & Installation Notes Fits: Can-Am Maverick X3 models Application: Race and high-performance off-road use ❌ Not a bolt-together kit ✔️ All components must be fully welded ❌ Winch mounts not included (sold separately) 🔹 Why Choose This X3 Double Shear Bulkhead?
