Built for Open Fire Cooking This campfire iron cauldron is made from durable iron for outdoor cooking. With an approximate 8-litre capacity, it is ideal for preparing stews, soups, broths, and one-pot meals over an open fire. Its heavy-duty construction has excellent strength, while the black finish helps resist rust, reduces wear, and gives the cauldron its timeless rustic look. Built to withstand repeated use, this cooking pot is made for years of reliable service. Inspired by Traditional Campfire Cooking For centuries, cast iron cauldrons have been an important part of outdoor cooking, from medieval kitchens and military camps to Viking times settlements. Suspended above open flames, they allowed cooks to prepare large meals. For Camps, Reenactments & Feasts The sturdy twisted iron handle of the cooking pot provides a secure grip for lifting and allows the cauldron to be easily suspended over a fire using a tripod or hanging hook. Please Note: Tripod stand shown in images is not included. This listing includes the cauldron only. Bring Medieval Camp Life to Your Fire Picture a crackling campfire beneath the stars, with this campfire iron cauldron gently hanging as a rich stew slowly simmers for friends. Care & Maintenance Wash and dry properly after each use. Apply a light coat of oil occasionally to help maintain the protective finish. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Note: Each cauldron is individually handmade, so variations in finish, surface texture, and forging marks are natural.
