Campagnolo Record Pista Crankset

The Campagnolo Record Pista Crankset is a purpose-built track crankset from one of cycling's most respected Italian manufacturers, sitting at the upper tier of Campagnolo's dedicated track component range. Designed for fixed-gear riding on the velodrome, it brings the precision engineering and material quality that the Record name has carried for decades — applied specifically to the demands of track racing. Whether you're competing on banked boards or training for the pursuit, this is a crankset built with serious intent. Campagnolo engineers the Record Pista with the single-chainring, fixed-drive environment in mind, where there are no derailleurs to mask inefficiency and every watt transferred matters. The construction reflects Campagnolo's long-standing commitment to stiff, reliable power transfer through careful material selection and tight manufacturing tolerances. Available in a 49-tooth chainring paired with either a 165mm or 170mm arm length, it accommodates different rider builds and track disciplines — shorter arms for the explosive cadences of sprint events, longer for riders who prefer a more traditional fit on the boards. Campagnolo Record Pista Crankset Specs at a Glance Brand: Campagnolo Product type: Track crankset Chainring: 49 teeth Arm lengths available: 165mm, 170mm Drivetrain compatibility: Fixed-gear / single-speed track SKUs: RECPISTACS16549 (165mm), RECPISTACS17049 (170mm) Design Benefits Track-specific geometry: Unlike road cranks adapted for velodrome use, the Record Pista is designed from the ground up for fixed-gear applications — meaning the arm profile, chainline, and ring attachment are optimised for the single-speed drivetrain without compromise. Two arm length options: The choice between 165mm and 170mm lets you dial in biomechanical fit to your riding style and event. Sprinters and smaller riders often favour the shorter arm for higher cadence clearance, while endurance track riders may find the 170mm a more natural extension of their road position. Record-tier refinement: As part of Campagnolo's Record lineup, this crankset is intended to deliver the finish quality and component consistency that competitive track riders expect — built to stand up to repeated hard efforts on the boards without play or degradation in the drivetrain interface.
