Camp Mode Audio (Sprinter)

Stream, Watch, and Listen for Hours Modern Sprinters shut down their factory audio system shortly after the engine turns off. That’s fine for quick stops, but it completely limits your experience once you’re parked for the night. Sprinter Camp Mode Audio unlocks a true off-grid entertainment experience. We re-engineer the factory system so you can stream music, watch YouTube on the MBUX screen, and enjoy full-volume sound for hours at camp. All powered by your house battery system, not your starter battery. What This Enables • Continuous audio playback while parked • YouTube and streaming video playback on the MBUX display • Full sound system use at camp • No reliance on the engine running • No draw from the vehicle starter battery Whether you’re cooking, working, relaxing, or winding down for the night, your van stays alive. How It Works From the factory, your Sprinter treats audio and screen time as a short-term convenience. When the engine is off, the system shuts itself down to protect the starter battery. We change that behavior entirely. We install a control module that allows the system to remain active while parked, then rewire the entire audio power path so it’s supplied by your house battery instead of the vehicle battery. We also integrate your amplifier correctly so the system remains stable, clean, and reliable for extended use. What’s Included • Camp Mode control module • Dedicated wiring from audio system to house battery • Amplifier power re-routing for safe extended use • System testing and verification • Professional installation at Wolf Pack Overland Why This Isn’t a Plug-In Upgrade This is not a software toggle or a simple harness. Done incorrectly, extended audio use can: • Drain the starter battery • Trigger system faults • Introduce noise, pops, or instability • Cause premature component failure We don’t just install the module, we redesign the power architecture so the system is safe, reliable, and integrated with your van’s electrical strategy. This is engineering, not accessories. Ideal Pairings This upgrade shines when combined with: • Speaker upgrades • Amplifier upgrades • DC-native power systems • Starlink installations • Mobile workstation or TV setups If you’re building a true camp experience, this is the foundation.
