CAMP Corsa Nanotech Ice Axe

The C.A.M.P. Corsa Nanotech is a highly advanced ice axe designed for ski mountaineering and skimo racing. It builds on the lightweight foundation of the standard Corsa by adding a steel reinforced tip and shaft spike. This design provides better purchase on steep or icy terrain while maintaining a minimal weight. C.A.M.P. integrates Sandvik Nanoflex steel alloy into the pick and the spike. This reinforcement ensures the axe can penetrate hard ice and offers increased durability compared to traditional aluminum tools. These steel components are essential for security when you move from soft snow to firm, technical sections. The shaft includes a textured grip at the base to improve handling during use. This tool is an ideal choice for athletes who prioritize weight savings but still require reliable performance on icy slopes. It delivers the balance of strength and lightness needed for fast-paced mountain travel.
