Our sausage kits are great for hunters or home cooks looking to make sausage links or fresh sausage patties from venison, pork, and more!  Each kit makes 10lbs of sausage. Who’s ready for breakfast? DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F.  FLAVOR: Savory with pepper and sage flavors and a subtle sweetness.  INGREDIENTS: Salt, dextrose, 4.52% MSG, spices, spice extractives, 0.1% each of BHA, BHT & citric acid.  HUNTCHEF QUALITY: No Gluten Added* & 100% Made in America.
