Camo Structural 6" Truss Screw

The CAMO Structural 6" Truss Screw delivers a fast, code-compliant alternative to hurricane ties and traditional structural hardware for truss-to-top-plate, stud-to-top-plate, and deck joist-to-beam connections. Fully threaded from head to tip, the screw is engineered for maximum holding power and strong uplift resistance — critical wherever framing needs to stay locked together against wind and structural loads. A sharp, slashed point starts fast with no pre-drilling required, and the slashes themselves help reduce splitting as the screw drives in. The cylinder head countersinks cleanly for a flush finish, while the T-30 star drive reduces cam-out and minimizes wear on both the screw head and bit over repeated use. Every screw is coated with CAMO's proprietary PROTECH Ultra 4 coating system — four layers combined for corrosion protection comparable to code-approved hot-dip galvanizing (ASTM A153, Class D) in pressure-treated lumber applications. The screws are third-party tested and certified IRC/IBC code-compliant, with Florida approval (FL 41741). Each package includes a T-30 driver bit and a truss guide that sets the correct 22.5° installation angle for consistent, accurate connections. Available in 50-count or 500-count packs.
