Camel Suri Alpaca Yarn, Filati Naturali CAMEL SURI ALPACA, Premium Italian DK Weight Yarn, CONES ONLY, 220m/100g

Filati Naturali CAMEL SURI ALPACA is the kind of yarn that makes finished garments look expensive. Blending rare camel fiber with silky suri alpaca, fine merino wool, and polyamide, this luxury Italian yarn creates a lightweight fabric with a beautiful brushed halo, elegant drape, and exceptional softness. The result is the sophisticated, cloud-like appearance typically found in high-end designer knitwear, while remaining practical, comfortable, and warm enough for everyday wear. What truly sets this yarn apart is the combination of camel and suri alpaca. Camel fiber is prized for its remarkable warmth, softness, and natural luxury, while suri alpaca contributes a silky halo and fluid movement that ordinary wool yarns simply cannot achieve. Together, they create fabric that feels lighter than expected, warmer than expected, and significantly more luxurious than standard alpaca or wool blends. This is the type of yarn chosen for timeless sweaters, elegant cardigans, heirloom shawls, and garments you will reach for year after year. ▣ Product Specifications • Manufacturer: Filati Naturali, Italy • Article: CAMEL SURI ALPACA • Fiber Content: 40% Camel, 24% Suri Alpaca, 16% Merino Wool, 20% Polyamide • Yarn Category: DK Weight • Structure: Soft Brushed Halo Yarn • Yarn Count: Nm 2200 • Yardage: approximately 220 m / 240 yd per 100 g (3.52 oz) • Formats: ORIGINAL CONES ONLY • Origin: Made in Italy ⌁ Texture & Feel • Soft brushed halo • Silky suri alpaca character • Lightweight and airy • Warm without heaviness • Elegant drape • Comfortable next-to-skin feel • Luxury designer appearance • Softens beautifully after washing ⚑ Why This Yarn Is Special • Rare camel fiber adds exceptional warmth and softness • Suri alpaca creates a silky halo and fluid drape • Lightweight fabric with impressive insulation • More refined and elegant than many traditional wool yarns • Creates garments with a luxury boutique appearance • Softness and bloom improve after washing • Beautiful balance of warmth, comfort, and durability • Ideal for knitters who appreciate premium natural fibers ➤ Recommended Yarn Usage & Approximate Requirements This yarn is best suited for projects where softness, halo, drape, and luxury appearance are more important than sharp stitch definition.
