For a beautiful, natural wood finish, a finishing wax is a great option. First, sand the wood, then apply a thin, even coat of paste wax with a lint-free cloth or brush along the grain. Let it dry to a haze (15-30 minutes) before buffing it with a clean cloth for a smooth, polished surface. Apply additional coats for more durability and shine.
