Calypso Cilantro – 100 Seeds

Enjoy a longer harvest of a kitchen essential with our Calypso Cilantro seeds. This variety is prized for being exceptionally slow to bolt, meaning it continues to produce an abundance of fresh, flavorful leaves for much longer than other types, especially as the weather warms. The leaves have the classic, pungent, love-it-or-hate-it flavor that is essential for authentic salsas, tacos, and many Asian dishes. If allowed to flower, you can also harvest the seeds as the warm, citrusy spice known as coriander. ⭐ What you'll love A superb slow-bolting variety for a longer harvest of fresh leaves. The classic, pungent flavor essential for salsas, guacamole, and tacos. A dual-purpose herb: harvest the leaves as cilantro and the seeds as coriander.
