Available Size4 travel-size products with cosmetic bag Professional RecommendationChoose this set if your skin reacts easily — tight after cleansing, quick to flush in heat or wind, quick to sting when something new goes on. It is the most restrained of the Eminence starter sets: the Bright Skin Starter Set leans on brightening actives and the Age Corrective Starter Set on a retinol alternative, while this one is built around chamomile and arnica and simply asks less of your skin. If previous routines have felt like too much rather than not enough, this is the sensible place to restart, and the four pieces are meant to be used together rather than mixed into a routine full of stronger products. Even a calming line deserves a careful introduction when skin is reactive. Patch test first, then start with the Chamomile Cleanser and Chamomile Moisturizer alone for several days. Add the Arnica Booster-Serum next — the directions allow one to three applications a day, or mixing it into the masque — and bring in the Arnica Masque last, for five to ten minutes as directed. Wash with lukewarm water rather than hot, which undoes much of the comfort the routine builds. Note that this set does not include a sunscreen, so add a daytime SPF you already tolerate rather than trying a new one at the same time. Eminence describes the set as a one-month supply, which gives you a realistic window to judge fit; if your skin stays highly reactive throughout, a Beauty Ambassade skincare professional can help you work out which step is the sticking point. Safety InformationFor external use only. Patch test each of the four products on a small area first — this matters more than usual when skin is reactive — and introduce them one at a time so any reaction is easy to trace. Keep everything away from the eyes and rinse with water if any gets in. Use lukewarm rather than hot water, follow the masque timing on the label instead of extending it, and stop using a product if stinging, burning or redness persists rather than settling. Store the set away from direct heat and sunlight and keep the caps closed. Not recommended for: Anyone with a known sensitivity to chamomile, arnica, other plants in the daisy family, or any ingredient listed on the packaging. Broken, cracked or freshly exfoliated skin, or skin that feels sore after time in the sun. Use in or around the eyes themselves. Layering with strong exfoliating or acid-based products, which works against the point of the routine. Frequently Asked QuestionsMy skin reacts to almost everything. Where do I start? Patch test, then use only the cleanser and moisturizer for the first several days. Add the booster-serum once that pairing feels comfortable, and the masque after that. How often can I use the Arnica Booster-Serum? The directions allow one to three times daily. Start at once a day; you can also mix it into the masque rather than applying it on its own. Does the set include sun protection? No. Add a daytime SPF separately, and if your skin is reactive, stay with a sunscreen you already know rather than introducing a new one alongside the set. How long does it last? Eminence describes it as a one-month supply, which is enough time to tell whether the routine suits you before moving to full sizes. Can I use it around a facial appointment? Yes, and it is often a good routine to return to afterwards. Mention it when you book a salon facial so your treatment is chosen with reactive skin in mind, or talk it through first in an online skincare consultation.
