California Acknowledgment

The acknowledgment wording, as prescribed in California Civil Code Section 1189(a), is mandatory for all acknowledgments taken in the state, whether the acknowledger is signing as an individual or a representative (partner, corporate officer, attorney in fact, trustee, etc.).
