Calendula // dried herb

Organically grown Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis), dried at low temperatures. Grown and hand-harvested by Ritual Botanica. 1oz bagged How to use: Calendula is perfect for making your own infused oil which can be used straight as oil or crafted into a salve or cream. Add 1oz of flowers to 10 oz of oil. I love almond, sunflower, avocado or jojoba. Lightly heat for best results in an oven, crock-pot, dehydrator, on a heating pad, or in double boiler...just make sure to not burn the oil! You can tincture the dried herb at a 1:5 ratio (1oz herb to 5 oz alcohol of 40-75%, depending on what you can get your hands on) Contains: Dried Calendula (Clendula officinalis) flowers Thanks for supporting small farmers and organic growing methods. The dried herbs you'll find here have been grown in conditions most suitable for the herb, with care for supporting potency and handled with care by one or two sets of hands. They've never been tossed around or sorted on conveyor belts. This is medicine for the soul.
