Cake Server Stick Barrette - #5679

Stick barrettes are back! This gorgeous hair stick barrette is made from a vintage cake server! The cake server handle was removed and the remainder is bent into this half-moon shape. The stick portion of this barrette is made from a vintage iced tea spoon. The beautiful, punched design on this barrette highlights your hair. The stick is ~6-1/2" long.  At Laughing Frog Studio all of our spoon rings and other creations are -made from authentic antique and vintage silverware. We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are -all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations are artfully made by our own HANDS - cut, drilled, filed, polished, etc. Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We do our best to disclose any condition issues of note. There is a black dot in the center of the handle, but you'd have a freckle or too also if you were 120 years old!
