HERETIC PARFUM - CACTUS ABDUCTION

Botanical, Celestial, Slightly Suspicious. Cactus Abduction is what happens when the desert stares back. Get abducted by night-blooming cactus flowers that will hypnotize you with a succulent scent of crisp citrus, smoky vetiver, verdant geranium, mischievous prickly pear, sun-baked stone and solar flares.  TOP: grapefruit, bitter orange, carrot seed, cedar, plai HEART: green pepper, geranium absolute, prickly pear BASE: vetiver, patchouli, benzoin, aloewood FRAGRANCE STORY Cactus Abduction is a fever dream inspired by psychedelic summer nights. Curious succulent stems, prolific pads and bizarre scaly branches reach to the sun God, basking in the scorching heat. We have been abducted by the genus Cactaceae or cactus, a family comprising 127 genera with some 1750 known species. Not usually celebrated for their fragrance, we have drawn inspiration from the mysterious night-blooming Cereus, an alien flower pollinated by bats that exudes a spicy, green and addicting aroma into the inky midnight sky. Cactus Abduction opens with bright citrus notes paired with the crisp green snap of carrot seed, cedar and galbanum. A verdant heart chord of geranium absolute, spicy green pepper and juicy prickly pear dries into the verdant and mineralic notes of aloewood, vetiver, hints of patchouli and elegant Siam benzoin. HOW TO WEAR Our fragrances are gender-neutral and made for everyone. APPLICATION: We use plant-based natural ingredients, which means our scents are light and sheer. To increase staying power, you’ll want to apply the fragrance periodically throughout the day. LAYERING: We also encourage you to layer two to three Heretic fragrances not only to increase the overall intensity but to help you create your next signature scent. Choose heavy and lighter blends to layer together, spraying or dabbing the stronger scent first. View the “Layer With” section above for our perfumer’s recommendations.
