Cacio e Pepe Salt

Our new and special Favuzzi "Cacio e Pepe salt" is inspired by the classic Roman dish that dates back to antiquity. The salt is made with only natural ingredients - hand harvested sea salt, Pecorino cheese, and black pepper - combining for a flavorful seasoning blend. Sprinkle it on anything from popcorn to pastas to eggs, scalloped potatoes and grilled ribeye for a unique flavor you won't find anywhere else! This 'cacio & pepe' blend makes the perfect addition to any recipe and will make your dishes stand out! Favuzzi’s Cacio e Pepe Salt adds authentic Italian flair to any dish. Sprinkle on hot pasta, roasted veggies, or pizza, and mix into risottos, soups, or dips for a savory boost. Versatile and delicious, it’s perfect for enhancing eggs, focaccia, or compound butters with ease, creating rich, umami-packed flavors.
