Cable Tower

OverviewThe Bells of Steel Cable Tower delivers full cable-machine functionality in a compact footprint under 2.5' × 2.5'—making it one of the most space-efficient cable systems available. With 30+ height settings, dual pull ratios (2:1 and 1:1), and your choice of plate-loaded, 110 lb or 210 lb selectorized stack, it's designed to give you commercial-level versatility without the size or cost of traditional cable machines. Why a Cable Tower Belongs in Your GymCable machines are one of the most versatile pieces of strength equipment you can own. Unlike fixed-path machines or barbells alone, cable systems allow for constant tension, free movement patterns, and joint-friendly resistance. The Cable Tower brings these benefits into a format designed specifically for home gyms—where space, flexibility, and value matter most. Whether you're training for strength, hypertrophy, rehab, or general fitness, a cable tower unlocks movements that are difficult or impossible to replicate with free weights alone. Built for Real Home Gym ConstraintsMany cable machines are designed for commercial gyms—large, heavy, and space-intensive. That's not practical for most home setups. The Bells of Steel Cable Tower is engineered differently. Compact footprint (~2.5' × 2.5') fits in tight spaces Multiple mounting options (rack, wall, or floor) adapt to your layout Low-profile design works in basements and garages. Instead of designing your gym around the machine, this machine fits into your gym. 110 lb mini stack option lets you pay for what you need, rather than paying for weight you won't use. Precision AdjustabilityOne of the biggest limitations of many cable machines is limited adjustability. Fewer height settings mean compromised angles, awkward positioning, and less effective movements. With 30+ clearly numbered height settings, the Cable Tower allows you to: Dial in precise joint angles Maintain consistent setup between sessions Perform a wider range of exercises correctly This level of adjustability is typically found in higher-end commercial machines, but rarely in compact home gym towers. Who It's ForBeginners Smooth resistance, lighter loading options, and adjustable angles make it easy to learn proper form safely. Intermediate Lifters Supports structured programming with consistent setups and a wide range of accessory movements. Advanced Athletes 1:1 heavy pulls, precise angles, and upgrade options make it ideal for targeted strength and hypertrophy work. Small-Space Home Gym Owners Perfect for garages, basements, apartments, and multi-use rooms thanks to its compact footprint. Coaches & Trainers Delivers the versatility of multiple cable machines without requiring the space or cost of a full commercial setup. Designed to Grow With Your GymThe Cable Tower isn't a one-dimensional machine—it's a foundation piece. Compatible with standard cable attachments Works alongside rack attachments and accessories Supports progression from beginner to advanced training As your training evolves, the Cable Tower adapts with you—so you won't outgrow it. Choose the Right Loading StyleSelectorized Mini Weight Stack (110 lb) Economical without sacrificing functionality Benefits of 210 lb stack without the cost Ideal for new lifters Selectorized Weight Stack (210 lb) Fast, convenient pin adjustments Ideal for circuits, supersets, and shared use Clean and efficient workflow Plate-Loaded Version Unlimited loading potential Lower upfront cost Ideal for users who already own plates All options use the same core system, footprint, and adjustability—so your choice comes down to preference, not limitations. Exercise VarietyUpper Body Lat pulldown Seated cable row Face pull Triceps pushdown Cable curl Chest fly (high, mid, low) Lateral raise Straight-arm pulldown Lower Body Cable pull-through Romanian deadlift Split squat Glute kickback Cable hamstring curl Hip abduction/adduction Core Cable crunch Pallof press Woodchopper (high-to-low / low-to-high) Anti-rotation holds Functional / Athletic Cable punches Rotational presses Resistance walkouts This versatility is why many lifters consider a cable tower one of the most-used pieces in their gym. Dual Pull RatiosNot all cable systems feel the same—and pull ratio plays a huge role in how they perform. The Cable Tower gives you both: 2:1 Ratio → smoother, lighter resistance for accessory work 1:1 Ratio (with adapter) → full resistance for heavy lifts This means you can move seamlessly between high-rep accessory work, isolation movements, and heavy strength-focused exercises. Instead of needing multiple machines, you get a full spectrum of resistance in one system. Smooth Cable FeelA cable machine is only as good as how it feels during use. The Cable Tower is designed to deliver smooth pulley rotation, consistent cable tension, and minimal friction during movement. Combined with its rigid frame (when properly mounted), this creates a training experience users often describe as "commercial-feel" in a home gym setup. For those looking to further refine performance, optional upgrades (like aluminum pulleys) can enhance smoothness even more.
