Plaited Merino Wool Irish Blanket

There's nothing quite like the comfort of a blanket that feels made just for you. Our Plaited Merino Wool Irish Blankethas that magic; the moment you pull it around your shoulders, you feel warmth, softness, and a kind of quiet calm that only real wool can give. It's made from 100% natural Merino wool, and you notice the difference right away. It's warm and soft but with enough weight to feel grounding. The patterns woven into it are the same ones that have been part of Irish knitting for generations. The cable stitches, said to represent strength and protection, run alongside trellis patterns. It's a tradition you can hold in your hands, a little piece of Ireland's story worked into every row of stitches. If you fall in love with this one, you might also want to look at our King-Size Merino Wool Cable Knit Throw. At 40 by 55 inches, it's the perfect size to keep at arm's reach on the couch or folded at the end of your bed. It will become the blanket you reach for when you are settling in with a book, or when the evening cools just enough to need that extra layer.
