We created many test batches featuring Ghost, Scorpion, and Reaper chile peppers, but we weren’t very happy with the results. While these chiles deliver supreme pain, their flavor was just blah (in our opinion). So we decided to fix that. For Cabernet Habanero Reaper, we started with Habanero (an amazing tasting chile and our number 1 seller) and added a cabernet base (the alcohol cooks out). Next came select ingredients to compliment the theme and flavor profile. At this point, we added Reaper peppers to bring up the heat. Makes hot heads smiley and regular peeps cry.
