FEATURES 2xLP pressed on sunny Yellow Palm Vinyl Chill, ambient electronic beats from the Wanderstop original score Music by electronic producer C418 (Minecraft) with album art by artist Nat F. DESCRIPTION Wanderstop is a potent meditation on burnout and the ensuing uncertainty that inevitably follows in its wake; that enormous, life-gorging question: “What’s next?” Developer Ivy Road took the familiar framework of the popular cozy game subgenre and turned it on its head to tell a thoughtful, heartfelt story about change, letting go, and stopping to smell the flowers. Its chill, meditative soundtrack plays deeply into those themes, too. Composed by the renowned electronic producer C418 (of Minecraft fame), Wanderstop’s music is nothing short of tender and warm. iam8bit is proud to partner with our pals at Annapurna Interactive to bring it to you on wax. This is the Wanderstop 2xLP, pressed on sunny Yellow Palm vinyl. On its grooves, you’ll find the very best of the Wanderstop original score, with all the lovely coziness that music demands. For the album art, Wanderstop artist Nat F. crafted an efficacious piece that places the viewer in a peeping, peering position, a moment that captures that special balance of sincerity and whimsy found in the rest of the game’s writing, aesthetic, and mood. We’ve brewed up something special with this one, folks. Don’t miss it.
