Charley Davis is once again manufacturing his popular straight mutes in both copper or anodized aluminum. The C. Davis Straight Mute is defined by the broad color spectrum in its sound, its responsiveness and its superb intonation, especially in the upper and lower registers. The copper and brass bottom mutes create an opulent, dense sound. The aluminum mutes project well and are versatile in many different playing situations. These mutes are made in the US.
