Technologies Model CAT-XPR-PPSR2 CAT Pack – 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Cup The CAT-Xpress uses the HVLP air cap when this spray technology is desired or warranted based on the application. Please note that the air cap ring is not included. Specifications: 2 size options (air cap for 0.8 mm - 1.8 mm nozzle sets and an air cap for 2.0 mm and 2.2 mm nozzle sets) 9 cfm air volume requirement @ 26 psi air pressure Air cap is anodized aluminum Green color denotes HVLP air cap Information: CAT-Xpress – Part Sheet Please note that the HVLP air cap (air nozzle) must coincide with the nozzle set that you are using based on the ranges listed above.
