No exceptions! *Client has 30 days to send in hair after the date of purchase. *Crimps and wand curls are NOT INCLUDED. These services can be booked under the “ADD ON” tab. * NO CUSTOM COLOR CAN BE BOOKED FOR THIS SERVICE!
